Gown Care for Outdoor Shoots:
For outdoor photoshoots, clients are kindly requested to handle the gowns with extra care. As outdoor locations may involve grass and sand, any stains, damage, or loss to the gown during the session will be the client’s responsibility.

Weather Policy for Outdoor Shoots:
Outdoor photoshoots are weather dependent. In case of rain or unfavorable weather conditions, the session will be postponed or cancelled for safety and comfort. We will coordinate with you to reschedule the shoot at the next available date.

No Photos or Videos with Client Mobile:
It is strictly not allowed to take photos or videos of the shoot with the client’s mobile.

No Bargaining:
Any kind of bargain will not lead to a discount. All prices are carefully curated based on my skills, experience, knowledge, time, creativity, investment, and current market rates. Therefore, the price remains the same for all clients.

Maintain Silence:
Please maintain silence during the newborn shoot, as noise may disturb the baby and affect the session.

Shoot Date & Time:
The shoot date and time are scheduled based on mutual availability.

Client location photoshoot charges:
If maternity/ newborn baby photoshoot planned at the client location, then Travel cost is extra
Travel cost = Studio equipment carrying charges i.e, fixed 50euro + €0.23/km petrol charges (from studio to your location)
 
Photos selection process:
We will send all the unedited photos with watermark (X mark on all the photos) these are low quality images sent for only selection process. Photos can’t be downloaded. (If you want all the unedited images of the session, you can buy it separately)

Edited photos will take 2-3 weeks of time after the selection.

Photo Download period:
Photos will be deleted from the drive after 2-3 weeks of sharing it.
Please make sure to download all the edited/unedited images & videos once it is shared
 
Logo on the photos:
All our edited images will be without our logo

We don’t use our logo in client copy. Please tag us in your social media posts
if you like & support our work.

Discount:
Clients who book again receive a 10% discount on their next shoot.

Referral Program:

Refer a friend for a shoot. If your friend successfully completes the shoot, the referred person will receive 10% off in there next shoot.
Multiple referrals do not add up discounts, but if more than 3 referrals successfully complete shoots, then referred person will get a maximum discount of 25% in there next shoot.
Referrals that do not lead to a completed shoot will not be considered.

Cancellation Policy:
If the client cancels the shoot, the booking amount will not be refunded. However, the client can choose another shoot instead.

Mutual Cancellation Policy:
Even for the mutual cancellation, 10% of the booking amount will be deducted as a discussion fee.
If the shoot involves pre-ordered props, the cost of the props will also be deducted.
